Description
I created a parametric tool to assist with RS-VR visual research studio’s “#CAP_HILL_IS”. Their concept was to create a light installation using test tubes, tonic water with quinine, a blacklight, slips of vellum and string. Using a physics engine and parametric controls, I helped visualize different patterns of tube placement and produced a fabrication pattern that reduced installation time and improved accuracy.
Later, the same installation, with some new ideas, was installed in Mithun’s entrance vestibule..
